Delivery

Deadlines for shipping your order are up to five business days after receipt of payment in Canada.

For packages destined for countries other than Canada, current Canada Post fares will be adjusted according to the order and destination. In order to offer you the lowest fare, your package will be shipped by air without a tracking number. Delivery times of your order are five to ten working days after receipt of payment.

Lost package

For delivery within Canada, if you have not received the package after 6 business days, email us at web@bekebobo.com . We will trace the package for you.

For countries other than Canada, wait approximately 8 weeks after the mailing date to notify us. This allows the package to cross the ocean to reach you, to be processed and to be returned to us if it has not been claimed. We can then make a lost parcel claim to Canada Post. We will then ship your order to you again.

Customs and entry fees in your country

For orders placed outside of Canada, the costs related to customs/duties and taxes will be borne by the customer if applicable.

Exchange or return

Please verify the condition of the goods at the time of delivery. If you have a complaint, kindly notify us within 10 working days following the reception of your package.

For refunds, only the price of items purchased will be refunded, provided they have not been used, are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of error in the shipping of the goods, Béké-Bobo agrees to refund the customer or exchange items. In this case, the shipping and return costs will be refunded to the customer upon receipt of proof of payment. The refund will be done after receiving the goods at our workshop.

Guarantee

Our products are guaranteed against defects in seams or seams within 12 months from the date of purchase. We repair or exchange the products at our discretion after receiving the product at our workshop. We return the repaired or exchanged product at our expense. Our guarantee excludes normal wear and tear, discolouration caused by whitening agents, stains, tears, burns, or any damages from cereal pouches from our therapeutic teddy bears or other therapeutic bags that have been in contact with bodily fluids or other liquids.
