Delivery deadlines and warranty

Our regular deadlines for shipping your order are up to five (5) business days after our receipt of payment in Canada.

For parcels destined for countries other than Canada, current Canada Post fares will be adjusted according to the order and destination. The delivery times for your order are from 3 to 20 working days after receipt of payment depending on the choice of transport you make.

We guarantee deliveries with tracking. If you choose the option without tracking, you will not be able to request a replacement shipment if you do not receive your package.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by postal services.

Package not received

If you have not received the package on time, write to us at [email protected]. We will track the package for you.

Customs and entry fees in your country

For orders placed outside of Canada, the costs related to customs fees and taxes will be charged to the customer if applicable.

Return Policy

Return Policy for Single-Use Medical Instruments for Children – Béké-Bobo therapeutic teddy bears

At Béké-Bobo, we are committed to providing products of the highest quality. We understand that there may be situations where a return is necessary. Please carefully read our return policy below to understand the applicable conditions and procedures.

Acceptable Return Conditions

We only accept returns of single-use medical instruments for children in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing or quality defect, you may request a return or exchange. The defect must be reported within 15 days of receiving the item.
  • Unopened Products: We also accept the return of single-use medical instruments for children that have never been unwrapped, opened, or used. The product must be in its original packaging, intact, and in perfect condition.

    Return Procedure

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our Customer Service: Before returning an item, contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No returns will be accepted without this number.
    • Return the Product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include a copy of the purchase invoice along with the RAN. The items must be returned to the following address: 404 rue Alain, suite 4, Saint-Amable, Québec, Canada, J0L1N0.
    • Return Shipping Fees: The shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
    • Product Inspection: Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions specified above. Once the return is approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

      Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

      Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

      • Products that have been unwrapped, opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
      • Products that do not meet the specified return criteria.

      Guarantee

      Our products are warranted for defects in seams or seams within 12 months from the date of purchase. We repair or exchange the defective product at our discretion after receiving the product at our workshop. We return the repaired or exchanged product at our expense. Our warranty excludes normal wear and tear, discolouration caused by whitening agents, stains, tears, burns or cereal pouches from our therapeutic bears or bags that have been in contact with any liquid, body fluid or other.
