Fluffy pancake recipe

Because we are all spending a lot of time at home right now, here is a short recipe to share with the family, for a lot of fun little homemade snacks!

1/3 cup (40g) all-purpose flour
1/8 cup (25g) Sugar 
20 ml Milk 
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
Oil or butter, for cooking
Fresh fruits & chocolate, for serving

1/ In a bowl, separate egg whites from yolk. Beat the egg whites until they are very stiff (4 minutes), while adding the sugar. Set aside.
2/ In the same bowl, add on 1 egg yolk at a time. 
3/ Slowly add the milk.
4/ Stir in flour and baking powder.
5/ In a lightly buttered or oiled non-stick pan, layer the mixture by scooping into the pan 3 times (on top of the first layer).Keep the flame on middle temperature and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. 

Serve with chocolate and fresh fruits.
